I’m a certified hospice and palliative care registered nurse who started out in healthcare when I was 18 years old as an aide in a memory care facility. I then became a medical assistant and worked in a variety of clinic settings for 5 years. I completed LVN school in 2017 and achieved my long-time desire to work in hospice care. As an LVN I worked in many different outpatient settings including correctional nursing, inpatient hospice, home health, addiction treatment, and private duty nursing to name a few. In 2022 I graduated and obtained my RN license. As a RN I have worked in several areas of nursing and currently work as a supervisor at a Psychiatric Hospital. I’m passionate about quality patient care, informed consent and being a healthcare advocate for those who need it most.
